Fairlee Creek Inlet
Latitude 39° 16" 19'
Longitude -76° 12" 25'Located on the Northern Eastern shore is Fairlee Creek. Careful navigation is required to make it through this narrow channel which goes right along the beach, it's so close you could almost hop out onto the beach, then a tight dogleg to the right to make it into the creek. Watch out for the boats that are pulled up onto the beach and the kids playing in the water. This calm protected creek offers one of the best anchorages off the Bay. On weekends expect to find many boaters anchored here. It's also a great place to drop the hook and spend the night, or an entire weekend. There are live bands and a Tiki bar to dinghy over to, a restaurant, and a full-service marina/resort in case you want some shore power and a nice meal.
Sue Creek Inlet
Latitude 39° 17" 21'
Longitude -76° 23" 49'Sue Creek is located on the south shore of the Middle River about a mile in from the river’s entrance. Inside the creek are two marinas, plenty of anchoring room and a little quiet away from what can be a melee of boat traffic on often-busy Middle River. There is a marina tucked right behind Sue Island, and another farther in to the north toward Turkey Point.
